Room Host

Are you a hard-working, fun-loving, puzzle-junkie who enjoys hosting and guiding groups along their perilous journey to escape from our rooms? We are looking for qualified individuals who love doing what we do as much as our guests love them!

As a Room Host you will be able to:

Provide exceptional customer experience in-person and on the phone.
Organize and manage escape events, for both small and large groups.
Complete basic maintenance and repair.
Be self motivated and able to work independently.
Quickly adapt to unanticipated challenges with minimal impact to operations.
Work weekends and holidays.

As as stand-out applicant, you may also have experience with:

Providing exceptional customer service in an entertainment, hospitality, or retail environment.
Setup, repair, or maintenance of props, themed décor, and A/V or security systems.
Development and creation of engaging social media and marketing content.
Providing memorable experiences to guests celebrating a special occasion such as birthday parties, corporate events, and anniversaries.

Additional duties will be required as needed.
