Terms and conditions posted for the purpose of providing full disclosure to all participants of Moore Escape Rooms. Our desire is to insure the best possible experience for every single person who steps into a Moore Escape Rooms environment. By placing an order through the Moore Escape Rooms booking service, the buyer acknowledges his/ her complete acceptance, without exception, of the general sales conditions.
1 – PRICES
1.1- The prices that are listed by Moore Escape Rooms include a 60 minutes play of our game.
1.2- Moore Escape Rooms reserves the right to request an ID from customers prior to allowing entry to Moore Escape Rooms.
1.3- Moore Escape Rooms reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Services will be billed according to the rates in effect at the moment the order is placed.
2 – RESERVATIONS
2.1- Availability
All reservations are processed in real time and are subject to availability. The sale will not be considered final until receipt of a confirmation email from Moore Escape Rooms with the order number. The buyer’s bank account will immediately be debited for the amount of services booked.
2.2- Exchange / Cancellations / Rescheduling
Bookings may be refunded or rescheduled to a different day and/or time if Moore Escape Rooms is notified at least 24 hours prior to the original start time. With less than 24 hours notice bookings cannot be refunded or exchanged.
2.3- Confidentiality
By purchasing a ticket, buyer certifies that Moore Escape Rooms games, components, and puzzles are to be regarded as confidential. Any full or partial disclosure or publication to any third party violates Moore Escape Rooms business interests.
3 – METHODS OF PAYMENT
Moore Escape Rooms accepts payment by credit cards through our website booking & payment system. Card, and check are also accepted at our Moore Escape Rooms location. We do not accept cash.
4 – SECURITY OF PAYMENT AND PERSONAL DATA
4.1- Security of payment
Moore Escape Rooms has entrusted its payment system to a specialist in online payment security. We do not keep any customer credit card information on our database.
4.2- Personal data
By booking through https://www.mooreescaperooms.com, over the phone, or in person, you consent to the use of those items of your personal data which are necessary to ensure the proper processing of orders. Moore Escape Rooms undertakes to only use this database for information purposes and commercial offers for Moore Escape Rooms, and not to divulge these data to third parties except upon request by a judicial authority or other administrative authority empowered by law to request the communication of this information. By making a booking through any means you consent to receive promotional and information emails from Moore Escape Rooms as well as emails related to your booking.
By agreeing to receive promotional and informational emails from Moore Escape Rooms (separate from booking emails), you consent to the use of your personal data, including but not limited to your first and last name and email address, by Moore Escape Rooms and any third parties whom Moore Escape Rooms provides this data to for their buisness purposes.
All data is handled with the greatest degree of care and discretion.
5 – ELECTRONIC BOOKING
5.1- Each booking has a unique order number which permits the access to our game.
5.2- The buyer will receive by email a booking confirmation that includes, order number, the exact date, and time of his reservation.
6 – INTERNAL REGULATIONS FOR MOORE ESCAPE ROOMS
6.1- Moore Escape Rooms does its utmost to offer you a game room that lives up to your expectations. However, all aspects of the experience such as the order, arrangement and casting of the game remain at the discretion of Moore Escape Rooms and no complaints will be accepted in the case of a modification to the game.
6.2- Moore Escape Rooms requires players under the age of 12 be accompanied by at least one paid adult, per game room.
6.3- Moore Escape Rooms reserves the right to request an ID to verify the age and identity of any person.
6.4- Animals are not permitted on to Moore Escape Rooms premises. An exception may be made for accessibility animals at the discretion of Moore Escape Rooms.
6.5- No alcohol or controlled substance is permitted on the premises of Moore Escape Rooms and service will be denied to anyone noticeably intoxicated or affected by any substance. Food and other drinks are only permitted by explicit prior permission by a representative of Moore Escape Rooms.
6.6- All participants in Moore Escape Rooms will be asked to leave personal possessions, including cell phones, at a designated location inside the Moore Escape Rooms environment for the duration of their 60 minute experience.
6.7- It is strictly prohibited to take pictures, film or to record all or part of the game, or of the hall. Any violation of this prohibition will be sanctioned by the confiscation of the device until the end of the game, or will lead to the eviction of the game room, and could be prosecuted before the courts.
6.8- In addition, it is forbidden to reproduce texts, logos, images or any other element which appears either on the website Moore Escape Rooms, or emails sent by Moore Escape Rooms.
6.9- Moore Escape Rooms declines all responsibility for any damages relating to objects belonging to customers which have not been deposited in the designated location with the room being played.
6.10- Moore Escape Rooms is a non-smoking environment.
6.11- Escape from Moore Escape Rooms does not require any of the contents of the room or fixtures in the room to be dismantled, disassembled, or otherwise damaged in order to unlock the environment - this is a game of wit and skill, not force. Any players who attempt to destroy or dismantle the contents of an Escape Room will be asked to leave the room immediately. No refunds will be given and you will be charged for all damages.
7 – APPLICABLE LAWS – JURISDICTION
The present general sales conditions are subject to law. State and/or federal courts shall have sole jurisdiction in case of litigation.
