Voucher FAQ

I GOT A RED X IN THE PROMO CODE BOX AND THE TOTAL AMOUNT IS STILL DUE.

  • Most of our vouchers are only valid for a certain number of players or for a private room, but not both.  Be sure you've selected the appropriate option.
  • All of our vouchers contain letters and a few have both letters and numbers, none of them have dashes (-).  Be sure you are entering the correct code.  If you have a gift card (xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx), you'll want to click "redeem a gift card" near the payment section to use it.
  • Most of our vouchers have an expiration date. Check to see if your voucher code has expired.

I GOT A GREEN CHECK MARK IN THE PROMO CODE BOX, BUT STILL NEED TO PAY MORE THAN I THOUGHT I WOULD.

  • Some of our vouchers are only valid for a certain number of players.  Check to see if you have exceeded this number.  
  • Some of our vouchers will still give you partial credit after expiration.  Check to see if your voucher code has expired.
